The Genuss-Werkstatt offers gastronomy to enjoy and make yourself. In the “Zur Werkstatt” restaurant, not only gourmets but also amateur chefs and cocktail fans get their money's worth.
For lunch, dinner or weekend brunch, fresh dishes are prepared and served in front of the guests in the workshop. One of the highlights is the “workshop menu”, which is served every evening. The accompanying house salad comes from the toolbox, the main course is presented directly on the table with the pan and can be supplemented with additional courses as desired.
Those who not only want to enjoy, but also help to create, can live out their creativity in the workshop. The workshops have illustrious titles such as cooking dinner, cocktail workshop or workshop party. In addition to cooking together in the specially equipped kitchen, guests can mix their own cocktails under the guidance of the bartender or celebrate an exuberant kitchen party.
